Teesdale Mercury

Newspaper
The Teesdale Mercury has been the voice of the dale since 1854. It is independent of political parties, private interests and government. The newspaper sells about 6,000 copies a week and reaches over 70 per cent of all households in its catchment area, offering our advertisers a fantastic opportunity. Our philosophy has remained the same since the newspaper was founded – if it happens in Teesdale, it goes in the Mercury. We have a shop in Barnard Castle’s high street, selling stationery, gifts and newspapers. Source
