The Perkins Journal

The Perkins Journal has the honor of being the third oldest weekly newspaper in Oklahoma, established as the Perkins Plaindealer by Will T. Little in 1890. It is also the oldest business in Payne County. The name was changed to The Perkins Journal on January 7, 1892, and has been published each week since then. Source
