New vegan restaurant Dell'z on the Macon offers bowls, pizzas, and salads on a sliding pay scale policy. Vegan eatery Dell’z on the Macon opened in December in Charleston, SC. The restaurant is operated by Smarel Nicole—daughter of Maudell “Dell” Grayson, who owns vegetarian restaurant Dell’z Uptown. The new eatery’s soul food-inspired menu features dishes such as “Jazzy” pizzas, hearty bowls, salads, nachos, and “uncheese” cake. “Soul food began with healthy eating,” Nicole told Eater.
