Wine and Dine

To say that I am passionate about food, is a major understatement. I love cooking. I never follow cookery books, but I like to read them for inspiration. I have been known for begging chefs for recipes, but I would never work as a professional chef, as the hours are horrendous and not very family friendly. I have a degree in International Hospitality Management and have worked in 5 countries, including Budapest and Marco Island, Florida, where I've collected a lot of inspiration from. So, I now do like the Italians, who claims that "cooking is a way of showing love" and make sure to cook for my family and friends on a regular basis. And it truly is love.
