I normally have breakfast after the school run, which is usually poached eggs mixed with avocado on toasted rye or sourdough bread. I like to have a baked potato topped with beans and cheese or tuna, mayonnaise and sweetcorn for lunch, or a warming bowl of soup. Dinner is often grilled chicken or fish with lots of vegetables. It definitely has to be a cheese board with lots of crackers and chutneys – that’s my weakness. It’s a mix of dance anthems. I love anything loud and fast to psyche me up.
