@Telstra @Telstra is there a problem in your system because I've tried five times now and all I'm getting is that Telstra has encountered an error.
@Telstra After attempting to fill out the form twice, this is all I'm getting.
No case manager has been in touch despite me being told that they'd call 'as soon as possible'. I don't even understand how the back end would consider it a move home if it's the same phone number and if the order explicitly said so initially and why it would not be a simple fix.
@Telstra I had taken time off work in the coming week to be at home for the NBN technician and now I don't even know when the order will be connected because tech support are unable to even get a simple address correct. Relevant refs: INT1-1382447515918 INT1-1381409027303
@Telstra and I can't even make a new order because if I do the same problem will happen. Each time I call I'm told I need to wait another 24 hours so that the previous order is cancelled. It's been more than 72 hours and now it's the weekend which means waiting even longer.
