With over 20 years in the political and public affairs arena, he manages the day-to-day operations at Lincoln Strategy Group, and serves as the chief public representative for the firm.

Nathan Sproul is a noted political strategist and his firm Lincoln Strategy Group has won numerous awards for its grassroots campaigns and public affairs initiatives. Before starting Lincoln Strategy Group, Nathan worked for the Republican National Committee, as well as many state and national Republican races including U.S. Sen. John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign.
Nathan grew up in Tempe, Ariz., the son of an evangelical Baptist minister and a school librarian. Although he attended college to be a minister like his father, Nathan moved to Washington, D.C., after graduation and worked as an unpaid intern for former U.S. Rep. John Kyl (R-Ariz.). Nathan Sproul then became involved with the Arizona Christian Coalition in 1995 and then became executive director of the Republican Party of Arizona from 1999 to 2002. The following year, Nathan began working in political consulting at the recommendation of a former colleague.
Since then, Nathan has founded multiple political consultancy firms in addition to Lincoln Strategy Group. With Lincoln, Nathan Sproul has built a global firm with offices in London and Barcelona as well as a client roster that spans 12 countries.
