A man caught performing a sex act on himself in a gym shower has been placed on an 18-month Probation Bond with a condition that he does not repeat his behaviour. Declan Thorpe, 47, was spotted by a staff member who saw him in the shower area. The incident occurred at Energie Gym in Applewood Village in Swords, Ireland. Sergeant PJ Maguire told Swords District Court the staff member made a complaint to gardai and subsequently the defendant made a voluntary statement in relation to the offence.
A MAN who was late for court told the judge he had been waiting on his suit to dry but then couldn't wear it as it had shrunk. Brian Mulligan (27), who is charged with entering the grounds of a house at Abbeyvale Avenue in Swords on May 7 with the intent to commit an offence, was due to be at Swords District Court at 10.30am on Tuesday. However, when his case was mentioned, his defence solicitor Fiona D'Arcy said the defendant hadn't appeared as yet.
Reality TV star Jeremy McConnell has been found guilty of trespassing after he drunkenly broke into a young woman's home in county Dublin earlier this year. The home owner found McConnell in her kitchen at 6.30am, claiming he had gotten lost while running away from two men who had chased him from a nearby houseparty. The 27-year-old, from Dublin, plead guilty to trespassing on February 10 this year, saying he had entered the house in Skerries, Co Dublin, through an unlocked back door.

Find results that mention multiple specified terms, use AND or

Exact case matching or punctuation
If you're searching for a brand name or keyword that relies on specific punctuation marks or capitalization, you can
find results that match your exact query by adding matchcase: before the keyword you're searching for, like matchcase:E*TRADE .
Use parentheses to separate multiple
boolean phrases. For example, to find journalists talking about having fun in Disney World or
Disneyland, search for ("disney world" OR disneyland) AND fun.
An asterisk can be used to search for any variation of a root word truncated by the asterisk. For example, searching for admin* will return results for administrator, administration, administer, administered, etc.
A near operator is an AND operator where you can control the distance between the words. You can vary the distance the near operation uses by adding a forward slash and number (between 0-99) such as strawberries NEAR/10 "whipped cream", which means the strawberries must exist within 10 words of "whipped cream".
