Under a newly issued decision, Can Tho City in the Mekong Delta  is set to implement four social housing projects on state-managed public land. These projects have already received approved detailed planning and are part of the city’s portfolio to invite independent social housing investment. In total, the projects are expected to provide over 3,580 apartments, addressing the housing needs of low-income earners, industrial park workers, and other policy-eligible groups.

With more than 14 million residents and accounting for nearly 25 per cent of national GDP, Ho Chi Minh City remains Vietnam’s economic locomotive and a major center of commerce, finance, industry, education, healthcare, and international trade. But the stature of an “international metropolis” is defined not only by population size or economic weight but also by the quality of growth, connectivity, governance, innovation, and the overall living and working environment.

When I was in school, there was no Teachers' Day 20-11, but we always respected, loved and appreciated our teachers. Every teacher that came into my life left an unforgettable impression on me. In 1973, I passed the entrance exam to Chu Van An School (Saigon). On the first day of 6th grade, I had a literature class with Professor Luu Trung Khao (at that time, high school teachers called him Professor). He was short, but looked very dignified and intelligent.
