Fintech startup BankBazaar.com has raised $30 million from Experian, a global credit rating agency and information management company. The company also counts Amazon, Sequoia, Eight Roads and Walden International. With the recent round of financing, BankBazaar’s total funding stands at to $110 million so far. Adhil Shetty, CEO, BankBazaar, said: “The funds from this round will be used to further strengthen our position as the leader in secure paperless access to loans, cards, and mutual funds.
Prepaid Payment Instrument (PPI) players in the country such as Paytm, ItzCash, Mobikwik and Citrus will soon meet senior Reserve Bank of India officials to discuss certain concerns over the recently announced guidelines. According to sources, wallet players are of the view that the guidelines on the stricter and mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) norms for users of mobile wallets will be a deterrent to the growing wallet industry and that it might also “kill” smaller transactions.
Purplle, a JSW-backed online marketplace for beauty products, is currently in talks with a few European and American cosmetic companies for exclusive partnerships. According to sources, the company is evaluating ways such as an exclusive online distribution agreement, offline and online distribution pact or an equal joint venture to bring a few high-end and aspirational brands into the Indian market. With this, the portal also intends to go global soon, sources added.

Twitter handles (e.g. @username) — returns those who have mentioned or replied to

Find results that mention multiple specified terms, use AND or
+. For example, ensure each result contains both Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg by

Use the operators OR or , to broaden your search when you'd like either of
multiple terms to appear in results. (This is the default behavior of our search when no operators

Exact case matching or punctuation
If you're searching for a brand name or keyword that relies on specific punctuation marks or capitalization, you can
find results that match your exact query by adding matchcase: before the keyword you're searching for, like matchcase:E*TRADE .
Use parentheses to separate multiple
boolean phrases. For example, to find journalists talking about having fun in Disney World or
Disneyland, search for ("disney world" OR disneyland) AND fun.
An asterisk can be used to search for any variation of a root word truncated by the asterisk. For example, searching for admin* will return results for administrator, administration, administer, administered, etc.
A near operator is an AND operator where you can control the distance between the words. You can vary the distance the near operation uses by adding a forward slash and number (between 0-99) such as strawberries NEAR/10 "whipped cream", which means the strawberries must exist within 10 words of "whipped cream".
