@lorenzoFB @josephfcox Separately but relatedly, in 2FA section I'd explain that most services will give you back-up codes when you enable 2FA for when/if lose phone (my dad's 1st question when I explained 2FA: "What happens when I lose my phone?"). Stress the importance of keeping them somewhere safe

@lorenzoFB @josephfcox yes, pretty sure it does, but if you're discouraging the use of SMS-based 2FA due to fears of phone/SIM card jacking, it's a little strange not to at least mention that unless changed by the user, Google allows password reset via SMS.
