Two ice jams on the Housatonic River led to evacuations and flooded homes, according to officials. A flood warning is in effect for not only Litchfield County, but Hartford, Middlesex and New London counties until Monday afternoon as well. Route 7 remains closed in the area and there's no time frame for when it could reopen.

According to police, 520 boarding students at the Kent School are being sent home until Sunday. Another 60 are local and will stay home. Use parentheses to separate multiple

An asterisk can be used to search for any variation of a root word truncated by the asterisk. For example, searching for admin* will return results for administrator, administration, administer, administered, etc.
A near operator is an AND operator where you can control the distance between the words.
