Belding still waiting on HVAC, IT and electrical bids Renovations on Belding's future city hall are moving forward, but city officials say staff may not relocate until early next year as they await bids for major building systems. The city has spent about $112,000 on renovations so far at the building at 115 E. Main St., according to a Daily News request of expenditures, although major costs for HVAC, electrical and information technology systems have yet to be determined.
