@timothyjforster It's not avail bc it's illegal 2 import, produce, transport, serve, distrib commercially. Readers need 2 know this, so do chefs. It isn't 4 emotional reasons. It's all food safety related. Horses in US not raised for food. Horse drugs not allowed in food system, cow drugs r.
