@saragoldrickrab Def not a total solution, but it helps some students, esp if their schedule clusters several classes all on one day, with 1-2 hours break between. (Source: Have worked part time at the Community College of Phila library since 2004.)

@saragoldrickrab Professors should *always* put required texts on reserve in the library. It means some students can avoid buying books, or avoid buying all of them.

I began my journalism career as a freelancer for the New York Times.

I took a typing class on a computer in high school, but found it useless and taught myself to type on an electric typewriter at home.
