What was your first job as a journalist?

While in college, I freelanced for local newspapers. I started by covering HS football before getting a chance at news.

Have you ever used a typewriter?

Sadly, yes.

How is social media changing news?

The good: it creates more immediacy and makes journalists more accessible. The bad: more mistakes and reporting of unconfirmed info.
