Oak Hill Farm in Holmdel abruptly closed Wednesday amid a pending lawsuit involving its owner and the township. In February 2026, current owner Franco Rauseo bought the farm for $1.65 million from the original owners, who opened it in 2020. He then reopened the farm and market to the public just last month. In addition to having goats, sheep and alpacas, Oak Hill Farm operates a market that sells household decor, bath products from local vendors and locally sourced foods.
