the grand opening weekend of the bronx music hall begins today. it's a 14,000 foot venue located on east 163rd street in the melrose neighborhood. it's dedicated to showcasing and cultivating music, dance and theater in the bronx. the facility includes a performance theater, an exhibition hall, a recording studio, and a post-production room. >> not only are we performing not only is it the case that families can come in and partake of performances, we're trying to also build the new generation of artists. >> the festivities kick off today at 530, then at 8 p.m, bronx hip hop legends grandmaster caz and mc sha-rock
