from superheroes to sci-fi, anime gaming and everything in between. fans are gearing up for one at the weekend downtown in this morning. have a sneak peek for all of the fun place for meeting. one of comicpalooza is first-time exhibitors is bringing some serious creativity to the convention floor. >> introduce ourselves innings. rachel patton, i own no stalls and embrace. i love this. first of all, embroidery yet is not easy to do i actually can. i hold onto i hold i want within look at this point, ok? so tell us a little bit about this. how you got into this and what inspires you. so i am inspired by just creating. i've always been kind of a creative person. i've been crocheting since i was a young girl. >> and i recent i couple years ago, i picked up in bordering just for fun. and that's where this kind of took off and added that to my shop. and i love it. tell me about some of the pieces that are happening. yeah. so all of my pieces are currently inspired by the marvel cinematic universe characters to the one that you're holding up is low key the mischief god one of my floral designs where i it's kind of like a simpler. less obvious take. but having this kind effect arise image the idea by hand and then transposed onto an importer hoop and importer all by hand. holland to the each importer takes between 6 to 8 hours just depending on what all what level of detail that goes into, you know, maybe a character's costume and things. now i have to note is it's love this my crush a my plushies. so i started with making bucky bears because i wanted bucky barnes is the comfort character to many people. so i wanted something that people can kind of haul. yeah, knew just making. exactly. that's that's exactly what it is. just something that people can hug when they want to give their cover character. a nice big. cuddle and hug. i love this in the little star ever. so kind of clues is huge. yes, it what does it mean to you to be i've been attending comicpalooza as just, you know, regular person going for a couple years now. one of my good friends actually does also have a booth that he goes to. he's an artist. he draws like gaming maxim stuff for different rpg games. so yeah, i was lucky enough to be able to bring now border is to come up a loser this year for the first time. my 3rd time being a vendor at a convention like this since i'm really excited. congratulations. you back. so i'm in and i'm a voice actor and i love blues that and i love seeing everybody just kind of be themselves and to get to escape. >> what do you love most about honestly about the community? everyone is so nice and so welcoming. you get to meet just a wide variety of people and get to have a lot of fun and see every once and trust. i definitely love watching the cost player and the cost can contest on not costly myself. i just i don't have that kind of creativity. you have created to ready when this is all happening and how we can come out and support you and other vendors. yeah, come out this weekend. comicpalooza opens its stores friday. >> and through sunday. and yeah, just come on out. my booth will be kind of near the front. i'm to pay. and yet just come out. say hi. if you see me just come, say hi. come take a look. you can cuddle plus year, too. it's a happy makes you happy. well, thank you so much. i impugn to and again, so much is happening in h town. always so
