We bought from them last year in poinciana. We spoke to Warner once, seemed nice but once you sign his job is done and you won’t get to connect with him again. Support staff are overwhelmed. I think we may have paid a little more but overall the house is nice with nice finishes. We actually arranged a trip to see other markets and we’re blown off. Not a waste, we did meet up with a local realtor. The property management side, realty medics, could use a tune up as well.
