NEW YORK – Octave Bioscience is bolstering its funds to encourage broader use of its blood-based protein test for managing multiple sclerosis and launch a second test for Parkinson's disease. Octave, based in Menlo Park, California, last week said it raised $35.6 million in a Series C funding round and entered into a $15.5 million non-dilutive term loan agreement with First Citizens Bank's Silicon Valley Bank.
