it will foster a deeper level of trust. big traffic news, thousands will be hitting the streets tomorrow for the portland marathon. traffic impacts in and around the downtown area. for details here is katu's sarah bagby. >> reporter: the portland marathon kicks off sunday with a traffic impact on several of the bridges. the broadway bridge will be completely closed from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. the southeast water avenue ramp to the hawthorne bridge will be closed 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. walkers and cyclists can use all the open sidewalks except the morrison bridge. south sidewalk will be closed to all pedestrians and cyclists between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. with your katu time saver
