N.O.R.E. has reportedly been sued for allegedly sexually assaulting Carmen Bryan, the mother of Nas' daughter, 27 years ago. On Wednesday (Sept. 9), Bryan's attorneys filed a 20-page complaint against the rapper-podcaster, real name Victor Santiago, in New York, Rolling Stone reports. Bryan claims N.O.R.E. forced himself upon her at a packed New York nightclub in May of 1999 when he was promoting his album Melvin Flint - Da Hustler.

Kodak Black's case for fleeing from police has been dismissed. On Tuesday (Sept. 8), a South Florida judge granted the rapper's attorney's motion to throw out the case, which dates back to an incident in February. According to court records, a Broward Sheriff’s deputy pulled up behind Kodak, real name Bill Kapri, who was behind the wheel of a Jeep Grand Cherokee in Pompano Beach, Fla. Swayvo Twain, son of the late D'Angelo and the late Angie Stone, has been cast as The Notorious B.I.G. in the forthcoming Snoop Dogg biopic. On Tuesday (Sept. 8), Variety confirmed the rapper/actor (whose real name is Michael D'Angelo Archer II) had been chosen for the role, while rapper G Perico was also cast in the film as Snoop's early mentor Big Reecie Cup. "It’s all good baby, BABYYY," Swayvo wrote in an Instagram post when the news was announced.
