Griz great Eli Gillman tied the Montana record for most career touchdowns last weekend against Drake with a 1-yard receiving touchdown. He also set the all-time rushing touchdown record Saturday, passing the great Chase Reynolds. With Montana set to host Utah Tech this weekend, Gillman will have a great chance to break the record in front of the home crowd. Before we get there, here are the top 10 all-time touchdown leaders at the University of Montana.

I like taking a good old-fashioned road trip. Load the truck, bring the snacks and music, and start complaining when Google Maps tells me there are still another 4 hours to go. Now imagine doing that on foot. Camilo Ruiz is doing just that. He is part of an End the Rat Race cross-country journey. Ruiz left Orlando, Florida on March 9th. His "ridiculous" goal was to walk approximately 3,100 miles across the United States to eventually end in Seattle.

These days, the algorithm has figured out that I'm from Montana. So when I'm on TikTok, I'm seeing a lot of videos from people traveling to Montana. They're coming to Bozeman, Big Sky, Whitefish, and other parts of the state. They're eating, sightseeing, and experiencing Montana. A lot of these people seem to be rich and are using Montana as their playground. I scroll past those pretty quickly. Then this guy from North Carolina popped up on my feed as he was experiencing Montana.

Wednesday marks the return to Kelvin Sampson Court for the Montana Tech Women's Volleyball Team as they prepare to host Montana-Western Wednesday evening in their 2026 home opener but the way they've opened the season it appears they're good to go on any floor. The football team, on the other hand, has 2 home games under their belt and are looking good as they prepare for Saturday's first road game of the season, coincidentally also against Montana Western.

Another day and another celebrity sighting in Montana. This time it was one of the most famous supermodels in the world and it appears she was hanging out in Livingston. Which, to her credit, is one of my favorite places to hang out as well. I'm not sure if Mark's In & Out is on a supermodels diet, but if it isn't, it should be. Where has the summer gone? Our second-to-last Cruise Night of the summer is tonight and while summer may be in short supply, we will be making the most out of what we have left with another Cruise Night, this one at Monteriors on South Harrison Avenue. I recently returned from an Alaskan Cruise where there were buffets everywhere you looked. I witnessed quite a few folks, including those in my party continue to eat after they were full because, well they could and it was paid for. Growing up, buffets were a big part of the local cuisine. However, years ago when I moved to Montana, I realized they weren't all that popular here. However, for those who are curious, Montana is home to one of the most "outrageous" buffets in the country.

Joey Feek, one-half of husband and wife duo Joey and Rory, died on March 4, 2016. She was just 40 years old. She was survived by her husband and duo partner, Rory Feek, her then 2-year-old daughter Indiana, two step-daughters and a large and loving cohort of extended family and friends. To those who were closest to the singer, and to Joey and Rory's passionate fan base, her absence still looms large today.

Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - The calendar still says "summer", but Mother Nature is out to tell us otherwise, after a very stormy weekend of golf-ball-sized hail, high winds, mountain snow, and enough rain to probably end the fire season in some parts of Montana.

The Montana Grizzlies are 2-0 after a 45-10 pounding of the Drake Bulldogs (0-2). Was it a perfect game? Heavens no, not with the 16 accepted penalties against Montana, but it was a memorable game because of Eli Gillman's record-setting performance.
