95 Octane
Online/Digital
Whether it’s the most powerful sports car, or the most comfortable and safest daily driver to take your family to the movies, we’ll feature it. We want to celebrate what’s cool and amazing about cars, and the men and women who build and design them, the professional and amateur drivers who show off what they can really do. We’re gearheads here and are passionate about cars.
What we won’t feature are stories about vehicles that don’t live up to their claims, ugly (you hear us, Pontiac Aztek!?!) or flat-out boring cars (sorry, Geo Metro.) Yes, we have an opinion, but instead of dwelling on the negative, we’re only sharing what we like. There are plenty of other places you can find negative stuff on the Internet, this just isn’t one of them. This may sound weird, but we flat out won’t post reviews of BAD cars. If we test drive a car and don’t like it, we won’t promote it with a review. But we will tell you both the good and the bad about cars that we generally liked.
We know our readers won’t always agree that a particular vehicle we’ve shared is worth writing about, so we want to hear from you. If you think we missed a great car or should’ve skipped something, please let us know that too.
95Octane sources content by attending trade events, test driving vehicles, reading numerous stories, online and offline, along with stores and social media outlets in an effort to find the best and most interesting cars. We also encourage suggestions from our readers, and will do our best to feature those which we think other readers will enjoy. Source

Clever Porsche Ad Claims 75 Years of Doing Everything Wrong
German automakers like Porsche aren’t exactly known for their sense of humor. While this recent promo video for Porsche isn’t laugh-out-loud funny, it does show a tongue-in-cheek sense of humor about its long history of ignoring the naysayers and therefore, doing “everything wrong.” Of course, Porsche isn’t talking about mistakes; it’s talking about breaking convention.
