Wilton Fire Department. The Wilton Fire Department has announced their 29th annual pancake breakfast that will take place on Sunday, February 23, from 6 a.m. until noon. With dine in or drive-thru options both available, each plate will consist of pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage links.
