Recruitment in the Corporate Legal Industry Panel Discussion
Abstract Recruitment within the legal information sector has been challenging in recent years, in both the UK and the US, with a market that has been heavily skewed in favour of applicants. Their trawl of Westlaw and BAILII revealed 45 Cart review judgments, of which 12 were decided in the applicant's favour. On this basis, the panel reported that the Cart success rate was 0.22%.
