New Practicing Physician Practicing physician who holds an MD, DO, or equivalent degree and has an interest in the field of palliative care and hospice medicine. Individuals who wish to become a member must pay a $50 application fee. One Year of Membership: $720 plus $50 application fee required of all new physician members. Two Years of Membership: $1,440 plus $50 application fee required of all new physician members. Pay for 2 years of membership upfront.
