The Legal team at Elastic, including Tim Bown, Senior Global Trade Compliance Manager, and Melissa Garré, Corporate Counsel Business Integrity Operations, shares with ACC how they are using generative AI (GenAI) to produce customized compliance training modules for the company’s employees. This AI use case has improved the quality of Elastic’s compliance training, increased employee engagement, and reduced the need for costly outside vendors.
