The incident happened near Paradise Cove in Los Angeles County, according to local news outlet KTLA.

Ropes Team Rescues Hiker After 100-Foot Fall Near Red Hollow

Deputies said they responded to the call at 6:50 a.m.. The hiker had slipped off the mountainside along state Route 14. A ropes crew and the agency’s search and rescue team also responded to reach her.
