Veteran Adelaide Forward Taylor Walker has revealed a key part to his set shot routine that has helped convert high pressure goals throughout the back end of the season. Prior to his critical major late in the final term against the Western Bulldogs on Saturday night, Walker was seen talking to himself as he prepared for the long range shot at goal.

Adelaide utility Zac Taylor will be a test to face Brisbane this weekend in the Crows’ Semi Final at the Gabba. Taylor missed last weekend due a hamstring strain sustained against GWS in the final round of the home-and-away season. His recovery has gone well with the Club set to monitor his performance and recovery at training this week before making a final call on availability.

Adelaide defender Chelsea Biddell has received a perfect 10 AFLCA AFLW coaches’ votes for her standout performance against Hawthorn on Sunday afternoon. Tasked with quelling the influence of star Hawks forward Jacqui Dupay, Biddell kept her opposing number goalless, while also recording 18 disposals, nine intercepts, six tackles and five marks. Biddell was one of six Crows to poll votes in the 28-point win against the Hawks at Kennedy Community Centre.

Josh Worrell’s dominant Elimination Final display has earned him a perfect 10 votes in the AFL Coaches Association Gary Ayres Award. Worrell produced a career-best game with 34 disposals, 19 intercepts, 16 contested possessions, eight spoils, eight one-percenters, and eight tackles at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night. Midfielder Izak Rankine recorded six votes after finishing the game with 34 disposals, seven clearances, five inside-50s and two goals.
