Hundreds of OOTDs with packed comments dissecting 17-year-olds’ outfits like it’s their job.

Fashion tech fundraising and acquisition activity was noticeably quieter in Q2 2026. That, however, does not mean the industry itself took a breather. At the end of Q1, we made two major predictions. One, that big tech and fashion would continue to partner with increasing frequency. Another, that the industry would move away from AI styling apps and towards technology that solves more tangible problems.

I wanted to love my Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 smart glasses. I wanted to reach for them daily, but my Meta glasses have spent more time pushed up into my hair than actually sitting on my face.
