The Scots earned a second-set victory but were unable to overcome the Thunder, dropping the match by scores of 25-17, 17-25, 25-22 and 25-14. Alma responded in the second set, recording 15 kills to even the match at one set apiece. The Scots continued to compete in the third, keeping the set close before Trine pulled ahead for a 25-22 win.

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – The Alma College women's golf program recorded its highest finish in a MIAA sponsored event in three years on Monday, earning fifth place to slot in front of Saint Mary's (Indiana), Hope, and Calvin thanks to a score of +54 along with having two golfers in the top-five. Sarah Ream was "ream"arkable for the Scots, posting a +4 with two birdies and 11 pars as she ended the afternoon behind only Trine's Rylee Smith (+1) on the overall leaderboard.

Results LANSING, Mich. – The Alma College bowling program accumulated 4,141 points and held onto fifth place in its first event of the year, ranking ahead of Mid Michigan CC, Jackson CC, Bowling Green, Michigan State, and Adrian. Madeline Gazzarari led the pack in the season debut, racking up a score of 518 (172.67 avg.) and 14th in the standings while Mia Winter also tallied a top-20 placement by earning 18th at 497 (165.67 avg.).

The Scots opened the day against MIAA member Trine University before closing the invitational with a five-set battle against North Park University. Alma fell to Trine in straight sets, 25-20, 25-15 and 25-16.

UPLAND, Ind. — The Alma College men's and women's cross country teams competed at the Ray Bullock Invitational, hosted by Taylor University, Friday afternoon. The team continues their preparation for the postseason. The women's team competed in a 6K race, led by Chloe Colton, who finished 72nd with a time of 25:02.90. Lauren Brawt followed at 25:11.70, while Melanie Werner finished in 25:26.60. Rebecca Dean crossed the finish line in 25:50.30.
