Palantir also supply ICE with tools that are used to track and surveil migrants in the US. In 2023 NHS England awarded a £330 million contract to Palantir to provide a new data platform.

Responding to the UK government's decision to expand its agreement with the US to use British bases amid escalating military operations against Iran, Kristyan Benedict, Amnesty International UK’s Crisis Response Manager, said: "We are in an increasingly dangerous moment.
