Fourth-year Max Nasser and second-year Ryan Gervais and claimed a fifth-place tie with an 83 (+11). 15 golfers participated in the par-72 course.

Kelcy Conroy Editor in Chief RIC Alumni Foundation is hosting yet another Homecoming weekend for current students, alumni and RIC families to enjoy from Oct. 15-17. Previous Homecoming weekends have been enjoyable across the RIC community with last year’s including a family festival and a concert from 20RIDE!, a Zac Brown tribute band. RIC’s Alumni Foundation is always looking to improve and this year they hope to create another memorable event. Homecoming weekend begins on Thursday Oct.

Tim Yean Managing Editor Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee sees a parallel between his situation and the 33rd President of the United States, Harry S. Truman. Both were in the second-highest roles of their respective situations. Truman became president at the tail-end of World War II; McKee became governor amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Truman claimed an underdog victory over Thomas E. Dewey in his bid for a full term in 1948.
