The Angel team is growing again! Today we said hello to Rizwan 'Riz' Ahmed, who joins us as Marketing & Administration Executive. Riz arrives with a versatile skill set, having worked across digital marketing, content creation, finance and IT. After graduating in Business and Marketing from Coventry University, he built up valuable experience at Siemens Energy and the Financial Ombudsman Service, alongside freelance projects of his own.

We're delighted to welcome Joseph Johnston to the team at Angel Business Communications as our new Sales & Marketing Executive. Joseph joins us with an impressive and varied background. A graduate of Imperial College London with a BEng in Computing, he most recently taught computer science at the University of Warwick during his postgraduate studies - giving him a real depth of technical understanding that fits perfectly with the industries we serve.

We’re delighted to announce that Emily Mayo has successfully completed her probation period and officially begins the next stage of her journey at Angel Business Communications. Emily joined Angel earlier this year as an Events and Publishing Assistant and has quickly become an important part of the marketing and events team during an especially busy period for the business.

As we reflect on AngelTech 2026, one thing is very clear - this was our strongest and most complete event to date. With record delegate attendance, a sold-out exhibition floor, and more than 120 speakers contributing across the programme, this year’s event didn’t just grow in size - it evolved in substance, relevance, and impact. But what stands out most is not just the scale.

We’re delighted to announce that Sophie has successfully completed her probation and is now officially a fully-fledged Angel. Sophie joined Angel Business Communications and has quickly established herself as a confident and capable member of the team, contributing across editorial, interviews and live event activity within our MSP and IT channel portfolio.

We’re delighted to announce that Sarab Chopra has successfully completed her probation and is now officially a fully-fledged Angel. Sarab joined Angel Business Communications as Editor of PIC Magazine, stepping into a pivotal role within our semiconductor portfolio. Over the past few months, she has quickly established herself at the heart of the publication - strengthening editorial direction, building industry relationships, and enhancing the overall voice and positioning of PIC.

A graduate of the University of Gloucestershire with a degree in Illustration, Emily brings a strong blend of creativity and administrative experience. Her background has equipped her with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach -  ideal for the fast-paced world of events and publishing.

We’re pleased to welcome Nathan Diehl to Angel as Sales Executive. Nathan brings a creative, commercially minded approach, with a strong focus on people, ideas, and meaningful connection. With experience across leadership, business development, and brand experience, he combines strategic thinking with curiosity and calm resilience.

We’re delighted to announce that Aadil Shah has successfully completed his 3-month probation and is now officially a fully-fledged Angel. Aadil joined Angel Business Communications with strong prior experience in the IT Channel, and from day one we expected him to hit the ground running - which he has done. In his first three months, Aadil has already made a positive impact across the business.

We’re excited to welcome two new team members to Angel - Sophie Milburn, joining us as Magazine Editor, and Harvey Watkins, our new Graphic Design and Digital Media Assistant! Meet Sophie Milburn - Magazine Editor Sophie recently completed her master’s in publishing, where she discovered a passion for shaping content and refining stories. She has experience as a bookseller in a romance-focused bookshop and even self-published her own psychological thriller this year.
