Tolosaldeko Ataria

Ataria of Tolosaldea is a local multimedia media that works exclusively in Basque . Its main objective is to satisfy the information needs of the citizens of the 28 towns of the region. It provides news from Tolosaldea region and regional towns. This media project took its first steps in October 2013. The latter was created from the merger of three media outlets in Tolosaldeo during that period: Galtzaundi magazine , Tolosaldeo Hitza newspaper and Txolarre radio . Until then, each media had the duty to inform the citizens of the region, but this union created the opportunity to carry out a multimedia project called Ataria of Tolosaldeko, combining synergies to provide direct, multimedia and professional information to the citizens of the region. Today, the media has three main branches: Ataria.eus internet portal, Ataria paper and Ataria radio. Ataria.eus internet portal: due to its multimedia nature, it is the main tool of the media. All supports have a place there, and regional institutions, social actors and individuals make up the Community. It is a local media that is a reference at the regional level. Ataria paper : It is an 8-page newspaper, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; on Fridays, on the other hand, a 32-page weekly. In addition to these, it also publishes several special supplements. The paper edition is distributed to Portal members (subscriptions) and in public places. Subscription sales are predominant, with a door-to-door delivery service. Ataria radio , online all over the world and on the 107.6 FM frequency in Tolosa: it broadcasts 24 hours a day without interruption all year round, 25% of the programming is produced by itself and the rest is Basque music.
