Every time I think about how babies are almost automatically given their father’s last names, I get fired up.

A growing body of research suggests AI is reinforcing gender inequality at nearly every stage of employment. From hiring algorithms that favor male candidates to workplace perceptions that penalize women for using AI tools, the technology is both creating new barriers and amplifying old ones. As AI reshapes the future of work, we need to think seriously about how to head off the downsides, or it will largely be women who suffer most.

The news about Trump’s $1.8 billion taxpayer-funded slush fund has left me absolutely ENRAGED! So I did what I always do, and made some art about it.
