Boeing announced that its 787-10 Dreamliner has been FAA certified for commercial service. The 330-passenger jet, like the rest of the carbon-fiber Dreamliner line, emphasizes fuel efficiency. Boeing claims an approximate 25% per-seat improvement over the craft it will be replacing. Delivery of the 787-10, which is built exclusively in Charleston, South Carolina, is planned for the first half of 2018. To date, Boeing reports 170 orders placed.
