Venuum Black took one look at that idea and bolted a big, fixed wing on top. That is the most interesting decision on the Voltoro V1, the body kit the Spanish-founded, Dubai-based design house has just rolled out for Lamborghini’s hybrid V12 flagship.

This is the company that gave Dubai Police a carbon-clad Ferrari 812 and pushed a Lamborghini Urus SE past 1,000 horsepower. So the Ferrari 12Cilindri its U.S. division posted to Instagram last week stands out for how much it leaves alone. The paint is still red over most of the body.

Motorsport memorabilia has an odd pricing logic. A half-scale helmet can cost less than a steak dinner, while a pair of used gloves can cost as much as a new hot hatch. The Ayrton Senna and Michael Schumacher lots at the top get the attention, but the more useful lessons for bidders are in the provenance notes and the fee schedule.

The newest finger belongs to Greg Biffle’s estate, which has asked a North Carolina court to throw out the wrongful-death claims brought on behalf of the two men in the cockpit, Dennis Dutton and his son, Jack.

Lewis Hamilton’s job used to end when the engine shut off. Now it apparently continues in a writers’ room. What they can’t do much about is traffic arriving from the other direction. On a Saturday morning in Salt Lake City, two cars on State Street went through a dealership fence and wrecked a row of Audis that weren’t going anywhere.

Customers won’t get a Hennessey Blackbird until the end of the decade, but someone has already put it in uniform. Brian Monaco, the automotive renderer behind Monaco Auto Design in West Palm Beach, has posted digital reinterpretations of Hennessey’s new hypercar on his Instagram. One wears a flag-inspired patriotic scheme, and another takes a military-flavored approach. None of it exists outside a render engine. Hennessey hasn’t announced liveries like these, and no customer has ordered one.
