Garran  /  Pixel Arc System Set within the established Canberra suburb of Garran, Black & White House by architect Andrew Collins, built by Index Building, is a study in contrast. Conceived as two neighbouring homes, the project uses a shared architectural language while giving each residence a distinctly different identity. One home takes a darker approach, with black framed windows and doors paired with rich walnut joinery.

ARIA by Voltex brings these everyday fittings into the design conversation, with a coordinated range that connects material, form and function throughout the home. Designed in Australia, ARIA includes 144 coordinated outlets, switches, mechanisms and accessories across four finishes.

Once a compact, enclosed room with little connection to the rest of the home, the original kitchen in this St James residence has been replaced by a space that sits firmly at the centre of family life. Designed and built by The Maker Designer Kitchens, the new kitchen occupies the former lounge while the original kitchen footprint has been repurposed as a bedroom, with a new extension creating generous living and dining zones around it.
