Marlins-12, Phillies-4: A two-homer contest by Marlins 1B Kyle Stowers (4 H, 2 HR, 5 RBI) helps the Fish avoid being swept on the road.

Milwaukee’s Christian Yelich slides home in the 12th inning at Las Vegas Ballpark for what would ultimately be the winning run versus the A’s. Brewers-15, Athletics-14 (F/12): In the wildest game so far of the ‘26 campaign, the Brewers overcome an early 8-4 deficit to win the opening contest at the Athletics Triple-A stadium, Las Vegas Ballpark.

Cristopher Sanchez’s scoreless innings streak ended in the seventh inning on Wednesday, but the lefty still earned the win after another dominant performance.
