B List
Newsletter (Digital)
B List is something of a home for all the pitches gone unsent — the stuff I’d love to write about elsewhere, but don’t necessarily get the chance to. Some posts will be long, others short. Some will feature multiple sectioned-out topics, others will read like the long, rambling voice memos I’m constantly sending in my group chats. ( Source

Courtesy of Staud; Julietta; Tory Burch, Greetings, Blisters! Remember earlier this summer when we talked about the beauty of seasonal pieces, completely dismantling the concept of a year-round wardrobe? Well, we are so back! And no surprise, the same sentiment stands when it comes to your accessories. Shell jewelry can be cheesy, but as a gal who loves to lean in, I’m in favor.
A Better Life, A Worse Instagram
Strap in, Blisters. It’s time for a good ol’ gut check! I’d love to kick things off by acknowledging the very First Worldian nature of my current situation. Nothing is actually wrong. Everything is swell, in fact. I’m simply sharing a bit about where my head’s at, regarding work and life and all things intertwining the two. I don’t need any Kourtneys on my case about it.
I Know An [August Mood Board] Hates To See Me Coming
This has been, without a doubt, the most slowed-down summer I’ve ever had. After returning from my honeymoon in early June, I had very little travel on my schedule (two short trips to Saratoga and a weekend in Nantucket, that’s all!). It was a seemingly open calendar to fill with…well, ideally nothing. And that’s exactly what I did! Last summer felt fully anticipatory of my October wedding — I wanted to skip to the good part. This time around, I got to luxuriate in my lack of commitments.
Balloons, For Legs? Groundbreaking.
Michael Kors S/S26, via Tagwalk. Happy 20th edition of For Your Consideration, Blisters! If you’re new here, FYC is the framing for our newsletters that cover a lot of topics all in one go. Instead of one meaty entree of an essay, think of this as a smattering of smaller appetizers, presented by waiters carrying tidy silver trays for your consideration.
The Biweekly Blister, Vol. 12
Does anyone else feel like this summer is absolutely flying by? I’m beginning to think I time-traveled my way into the middle of July. There’s simply no way the season is halfway over. Don’t you dare start talking to me about September fashion week shows. I’m not ready! While time is flying, the actual pace of my daily life has slowed to a welcome calm. Doing less and using my hands more is proving good for my cortisol levels.
Raiding My Instagram Bookmarks, Vol. 6
On a week when shit has undeniably hit the fan — broken windows, burned-down buildings, and the air conditioning in my car going on the fritz — I’m one to escape to the imaginary world of my Instagram bookmarks as a coping mechanism. Is that so wrong? Really, though. We haven’t done a proper scroll through my saves since March, so we’re certainly due for another. Last time, we covered balloon pants, Stanley Tucci, and blue corn meal pancakes.
The 5 Swimsuit Theory, Revisited
Courtesy of Monday Swimwear. Way back in March of 2023, I made a TikTok about swimwear shopping and coined what I called The 5 Swimsuit Theory. The video totally blew up, and everybody who commented had a different opinion. That’s the internet for you! Folks who went to the beach just once or twice a year thought owning five swimsuits was positively excessive.
I Know A [July Mood Board] Hates To See Me Coming
All images via Pinterest. Greetings, Blisters! We are officially entering Peak Summer here at B List HQ, which means I’m constantly unpacking and repacking the same carry-on and tote bag as I drive back and forth from my apartment to my parents’ place down the shore. Yes, I’m extremely lucky to have a place to escape to when the city gets too hot to bear. Catch me constantly dunking my head underwater until this heat wave passes like one of those old-school drinking bird desk accessories.
Can I Interest You In A Cabana Stripe?
Last September, I asked an honest question: What comes after Pucci summer? At the time, I used the query to transition into talking all things autumn dressing — but now, I pose the same thought with summer’s peak just ahead. Fortunately, the answer is quite obvious. While myself and so many other sartorialists rolled their eyes at the notion of “Pucci summer”, there’s no denying that, for the masses, last season sparked a love affair with bright, vivid pattern play.
Hot Girls Have Melasma (But They Wear The Right SPF!)
Today’s B List is brought to you by Eighth Day. If I’ve only ever done three good things for my skin, they are as follows: drinking a ton of water on a daily basis, always washing my face before bed, and wearing the right SPF. The water and washing are easy in terms of consistency, but using the right sunscreen is a task I’ve had to really work at over the years — especially as I’ve grown and my skin has undergone major changes.
