There’s so much that’s happened since the last post, and now I promise I’ll make sure that we do this more regularly because I want to connect with you and update you on everything that’s been going on. It’s just been a crazy couple months.

Hey guys, it’s Scott. It is Friday, June 19th. Sorry I haven’t done a post in a little while. I’ve been meaning to do this class on cold opens, but full disclosure, I had a bit of a health thing. Not really serious, but I cracked a tooth a while ago at a movie with my kid, with our 15-year-old. And it was sort of fixed, but I was supposed to go back. I didn’t have time to go back and ultimately, I had to get it fixed. I had to get it pulled out of my head. So... it’s been a bit of a odyssey.

Forgive whatever weird background noise you hear. I made the classic parent mistake of getting my kid a stuffed animal. I was in Vegas and I got Quinn our seven-year-old a cactus, a stuffed cactus that dances.

It is Friday, May 8th and I am in a hotel in Boston across from Fenway (enemy territory) picking up our oldest from the end of his first semester in college. I’m very excited to see him and see how he did. Hopefully he did not have too much fun but just enough. But we’re very very proud of him and very excited to have him home for a little bit.
