My name is Phillip Scheepers, and I have been Principal of the Reformed Theological College (RTC) from the beginning of 2020. I have been with the college since 2010 and teach in the areas of missions and church history. RTC was founded in 1955 in Geelong, about an hour west of Melbourne, Australia. From the beginning its aim was to train ‘workers for the harvest’. For most of RTC’s history we have been based in Geelong.

In January last year my friend Stephen Schooling kindly allowed me to make available his Ph.D. thesis on the book of Revelation: The Structure of the Book of Revelation: A Discourse Analysis Perspective (you can read the original post here). Dr Schooling has now expanded and updated his thesis, which has been published in the form of a book and has asked me to share some details about the book here. Strange as it may seem, Revelation is actually a discipleship manual.

My name is Enoh Šeba, and I am the Director of the International Baptist Theological Study Centre (IBTS) in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. IBTS is a higher education institution originally founded in Rüschlikon, Switzerland, in 1949. Its primary purpose was to serve the Baptist unions in the European Baptist Federation region. In 1996, it moved to Prague as its main focus became the Eastern European Baptists in the post-Communist era, and in 2014 it relocated to the Netherlands.
