I changed my HU_Entry for a used HU_Champ2 head unit to get DAB radio but when I attempt to code the CAFD file E-Sys reports a 'NotExecutable' error and the CAFD file shows up in red in the SVT list. The car is a 2012 F21 and the Champ2 came from a 2011 F10. Any suggestions as to why the head unit won't code?

For at least 15 years I kept to the following: Every 2 or 3 years purchasing 20 (25) liter drum of spare oil for my Zet (MillersOils CFS 5w40 NT+) and used it upon my needs = ie. storing half empty/half full drum for a year or two (always lidded, of course, at room temperatures in darkness) until I run off it and purchasing a new drum. But quite recently I got a "disgusting" comment on that - "I would NEVER use oil stored like this" but with no further (technical) comments or explanations.

I have a 2017 BMW 750Li G12. I replaced the electric fuel pump control module (EKPS/EKPM) with another module. After installing the replacement module, ISTA shows this fault: 11B010 – Electric fuel pump control electronics: Parameter set missing or installation mode active The fuel pump does not operate correctly with the replacement module. When I reinstall the old fuel pump control module, the car works normally. I am using ISTA 4.39.20.

Hello everyone: I've got a 2007 E93 and the seal in the middle of the rear window has a small leak seemingly caused by a little divot in the seal. It looks like something that would be easy to repair, but I'd like to check with y'all and see how others have dealt with a similar situation. Any ideas?

New member here. I would like help with these questions please. 1. How can I get esys plus with launcher etc to code my new rack. 2. Do I need the full database or will the lite do for this new rack? The reman rack is from BMW online dealer 3. What do I need to do for this repair enable code? Real OEM tells me this: request the enable codes directly by selecting 'Sweeping Technology' in the 'FSC repair information request' menu at the ASAP Portal. Will this ASAP portal be in the software esys?

Hi guys. As every season my "Diva"( 645ci 2004 SMG) entertains me with new error codes. But last weekend the car scared me for the first time. What happens is while driving normally at any speed the SMG transmission drops me out of auto mode while at the same time the car looses power and almost stalls. Besides it active steering error. When i turn it off it dont want to start and if it starts it dont run right. Also it claims the fog lights are burned out when they are not.

So I’m a week out or so before I receive my ISTA+ software or maybe I wouldn’t have to do this, but I need some insight! I bought this car in late July and shortly after I bought it check engine light would come on after I floored it and drive hard for just seconds. What I can see from my I drive says something to the tune of (Engine malfunction. Decrease power. Ok to continue. Take to BMW Dealership”. I could feel the decrease in power but it wasn’t substantial like people describe “limp mode”.
