This Business in the Community event hosted in collaboration with The Crown Estate will be sharing insights from the winners of this year’s The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality. During this event, you’ll hear the latest insights from this year’s awards, including where organisations are making the greatest progress and the challenges that remain in achieving gender equity in the workplace.

85% of Black Londoners feel included in their team and eight in 10 feel valued, yet only six in 10 believe managers treat everyone equally in relation to career progression. 46% of Black Londoners have no mentor and around two-thirds have no sponsor, despite 45% saying they would like a mentor and 43% saying they would like a sponsor.
