More than 325 Bristol Myers Squibb employees from over 30 markets will come together in 2026 to support cancer research through C2C4C, a global employee cycling initiative. Riders will travel nearly 6,000 miles across Europe, the United States, Asia Pacific and Latin America to raise funds for cancer-focused nonprofits. Now in its 13th year, C2C4C continues to unite employees around a shared mission — advancing research that can improve outcomes for people affected by cancer.

Lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (LR-MDS) are a group of chronic bone marrow disorders characterized by ineffective blood cell production, most commonly leading to debilitating, symptomatic anemia.1 For many patients, managing this anemia necessitates frequent red blood cell (RBC) transfusions, which can require time-consuming hospital visits and carry risks of iron overload and other complications.

For decades, treating autoimmune diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis has followed a familiar pattern of cycling through therapies to manage symptoms while leaving the underlying drivers of disease unresolved. Here our goal is shifting toward something different: addressing the B cells and T cells that help sustain autoimmune disease and dysregulated immune responses. This approach is known as immune reset.
