Appearing on the No-Contest Wrestling podcast, Lynch first chose her Raw Women’s Championship match against Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38. Belair defeated Lynch at AT&T Stadium, completing a story that began with Lynch’s controversial 26-second victory over her at SummerSlam 2021. “I would pick Bianca and me at WrestleMania 38,” Lynch said.

John Cena recognizes that his long-awaited heel turn did not satisfy every WWE fan, but he does not regret finally attempting it. During an interview with Bleacher Report, Cena reflected on the polarizing storyline and distinguished its commercial performance from its creative reception. “We did the best we could with the time we had,” Cena said. Cena noted that WWE continued filling arenas and attracting viewers during the run, making it difficult to classify the experiment as a business failure.

It’s another sad day in the news cycle of professional wrestling as it has been confirmed that WWE has released many talent, with many of them falling under the NXT umbrella. Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select reported that WWE has released Wendy Choo, Adriana Rizzo, Zena Sterling, Anya Rune, Braxton Cole, Jasper Troy, PJ Vasa, Gary Wilson, Ellen Akesson and Marcus Brown. The most notable of the names released are Choo, Rizzo and Troy.
