Copperworks Hand Fill Distillery Exclusive Single Cask No. 97-2
Copperworks Distillery Exclusive Single Cask No. 97-2 is a unique expression because it’s a hand-fill offering, allowing distillery visitors to fill their own bottle and then add the cask details to their bottle’s label. For those who don't want to hand-fill, the distillery will hand-fill on their behalf and ship to the consumer, if preferred. Because the whiskey remains in the cask until it’s thieved for bottling, it continues to age and transform until it's completely emptied, bottle by bottle.

According to Heaven Hill, this year’s edition was blended from 270 barrels distilled in February, July, and August 2003 and bottled in December 2025.

Booker’s The Reserves (2026)
Booker’s Bourbon continues Booker Noe’s original “True Barrel” concept: barrel-strength bourbon, bottled uncut and unfiltered, with individual batches selected when they reach Booker’s desired flavor profile. Booker’s The Reserves is a limited experimental line designed to honor Booker Noe’s legacy of innovation by allowing Beam to explore distinctive whiskeys and finishing techniques beyond the traditional Booker’s Bourbon formula.
Westward Whiskey Bottled in Bond Edition No. 2
Based in Portland, Oregon, Westward Whiskey is back with their second ever bottled in bond whiskey. Originally released in 2024, the first edition was notable as Westward Whiskey's highest-aged release at the time. Fast forward two years, and the second edition is now older, coming in at just under double digits. That additional time in the barrel also comes at a cost, however, as the second edition has increased in price from $75 to $100.
